The Carlo & Co. story

Barbering excellence since 1998.
How it started
Royston

Carlo Infanti, founder and owner of Carlo & Co. opened his first shop at the tender age of 21. Even though he was young he believed he had the motivation and skills to make it a success. Carlo looked at a number of shops between Royston and North London but felt Royston was really in need of what he had to offer. His aim was to create a barbershop that catered for every type of person, whilst ensuring that the service was just as quality as the cut.

The building in Market Hill was perfect, full of character but in need of some hard graft to realise his vision. Originally built as a bank in the 1880’s it still stands proudly in the market square, having undergone a few makeovers over the years.

Letchworth

32 Broadway, Letchworth has been the home of a barbershop since Coco opened its doors in 1962. When his son Paolo joined him it was aptly re-named Coco & Paolo’s which soon became an iconic name in the area. Having admired from afar for so many years it was an easy decision when, in 2012, Carlo had the opportunity to acquire the reputable business. Maintaining the traditions but adding the Carlo & Co. ethos has seen the shop continue to flourish.

Duxford

The most recent arm of Carlo & Co. can be found within the grounds of The Lodge, Duxford.

Fast forward twenty five years, Carlo has gone from opening by himself, to building a team of talented barbers across three locations with an ever-growing loyal customer base. The values that he implemented from the outset are still ever-present today.
